The Golf Club Community is an upscale gated community within Indigo Run and is located behind its own gated entrance.
The Community includes 272 low density home sites on 600 acres with over 85% of the home sites able to view the newest residential private golf course on Hilton Head. A Golf Club membership is not required to own property within the Golf Club Community.
The Community is home to 11 lagoons that showcase a variety of waterfowl and wildlife with maritime forests and freshwater wetlands completing this picturesque acreage.
This highlights the Community’s natural Low-Country setting and its friendly neighborhood feel. The active Golf Club Community Association focuses on enhancing property values, sound financial management, and the safety and security of our property owners.
