SCHEDULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Board of Director Meetings:  The Board of Directors meet on the 4th Monday of every month except for July, November and December at 2p.m. at the SC Yacht Club.  Members are welcome to attend to observet the meeting.  After adjournment of the meeting and as time permits, the Board holds an owner open forum which is an opportunity for Association Members to bring new items to the board's attention. The agenda of the meeting is e-blasted to the members prior to the meeting.

Annual Members Meeting:  The annual members meeting is held on the 2nd Saturday of November beginning at 9:30a.m.  The location of the meeting is TBD annually.  Notice of the meeting is mailed to all members approximately 30 days prior to the meeting.  At this meeting, the members approve the previous annual meeting minutes, ratify the operating budget for the following year, and nominate candidates for the Board of Directors.  The election of Directors is by ballot distributed to members 3 days after the annual meeting.

Architectural Review Board Meetings:  The ARB meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month at the SC Yacht Club.  Attendance is open to members on the agenda and by invite.  If you would like to address the ARB and attend their meeting, please contact the ARB administrator at Jaime@IMChhi.com.
