A Self Managed Association
Your login is based on your e-mail address and your access level (e.g. Owner or Renter). Renters are also welcome in our neighborhood portal.
To create a login for you, we need:
- The Property Address, Name(s), and email for the owner(s). If there is more than one owner (a co-owner), they can have their own login profile. We just need their name, property address, and email, too.
- For renters, we need the Property Address, Name(s), and email for the renter(s), AND the lease start and end dates. If there is more than one renter, they can have their own login profile. We just need their Name, Property Address, and email, too.
We encourage everyone to create and publish a Contact Card under My Neighbors. That will serve as a neighborhood directory.
