Mailbox and House Number Sign Service Request

To request mailbox repairs, a replacement mailbox and/or post, or repairs/replacement of your address post, please complete the form below.

The Indigo Run Operations Department provides replacement mailbox installation for residents for a nominal fee of $60. Replacement services will be scheduled upon receipt of payment. Payment may be made by scanning the QR code below or by delivering a check, payable to Indigo Run COA, to the Indigo Run COA office located at 103 Indigo Run Drive, Hilton Head, SC 29926.

All other services—including house number repairs/replacement, mailbox repairs, and mailbox post repairs/replacement—are provided at no charge.

Please note that painting of the mailbox post is the homeowner’s responsibility. Paint is available for pickup at the Indigo Run COA office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    Note: The Operations Department may determine that a repair is not feasible and that replacement is necessary. If so, the owner will be notified and asked to resubmit the form as a replacement request and pay the applicable fee.
  • 3. My mailbox post is rotted and needs replacement, please stop by and inspect it.
    Note: Painting of the post is the owner's responsibility. Paint is available for pick up at the COA office.
  • 4. I would like a new mailbox to be installed at my new home ( I have never had a mailbox at this location):
  • 5. My house number sign and or post needs repair or replacement.
  • 6. I will be responsible for any payment related to this service request and I may need to be pay for the replacement in advance.
