Check-In

Race day from 6:30am to 7:45am

*If possible, please have your confirmation email available on your phone

or printed out for the check-in staff to reference

 *Race bibs with timing chips will be distributed at check-in

*Race t-shirts can be picked up after check-in or after the race

**PLEASE, as a courtesy to your fellow participants and race organizers

DO NOT be late for check-in

Parking is limited, therefore we strongly encourage those who can

to consider the following when heading over to the event:

*Walk

*Golf cart

(we will have designated golf cart parking)

*Carpool with friends/neighbors  

Parking Options

Two (2) parking lots and a large green space will be utilized

Signs will be out and parking attendants will be present to assist

Both parking lots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis

The green space will be used as needed once the lots are full

There is a Publix one-mile from the start of the race

Directions to the starting line/race check-in:

Exit the Publix parking lot and turn left onto Brookstone Drive

Walk to the intersection of Brookstone Drive and McLain Road and turn right

Walk McLain Road until you arrive at 5595 Hedge Brooke Drive on the right
